Dyan Musni is the heart of SV Chess Academy’s day-to-day operations, making sure families, coaches, and the academy team stay connected, informed, and supported at every step. She joined the academy in October 2025 after reaching out to Founder Viktor Grigorev — driven by a genuine desire to contribute to something meaningful behind the scenes.
With a background in technical support and project management from the architecture field, Dyan brings a natural talent for organization, clear communication, and keeping things running smoothly. At the academy, she manages attendance tracking, parent inquiries, coach coordination, and the many moving pieces that allow classes and programs to operate without a hitch.
What sets Dyan apart is the warmth and care she brings to every interaction. She communicates in a way that is friendly, clear, and organized — making sure parents always feel heard, coaches feel supported, and families never feel lost in the process. For her, the most rewarding part of the role is helping families feel truly connected to the academy and watching children grow with confidence on and off the board.
